Post Childbirth Check

Are you a mother who has delivered in the last 10 years and struggling to return to pre-pregnancy strength and fitness?

WHAT IS IT?

After your childbirth, you must check for how well you have healed your core strength and your muscles down there. Not knowing your pelvic & core status can put you on a long road to recovery.

Breath Efficiency

A Pelvic Floor expert will assess your breathing efficiency as it is an important technique in your core healing.

Alignment Check

Posture and alignment determine your breathing and core stability. We will carefully assess your alignment when you stand, sit, lift your child, or do any high-impact activity.

Pull Test

Did you know many mothers struggle to squeeze and lift their muscles down there? We will do an in-depth oxford scale test to assess your strength down there.

Muscle Awareness

Your muscles down there have gone through a lot during birth, It's important to check your brain-muscle connection for with all parts that were key to your birthing.

Diastasis Recti

Over 60% of mums show signs of diastasis recti. The assessment will measure both the depth and width of the diastasis recti.

Nod Test

Moms sometimes lose their elasticity of key parts down there. This test will check for the clit nod if it is showing signs of required elasticity.

Lax Test

The expert will explain how you can self-check the laxity down there. If there is a loss of sensation or inability to feel the tissues around your finger it will be measured and noted.

Incontinence Check

Incontinence is quite common with coughing, sneezing, laughing or any high-impact activity but that does not mean it's normal. We will keep a keen eye on this.

I have felt so confused about why any exercise or diet is not helping me get a flat tummy. The assessment was an eye-opener, Vidhya helped me understand what is diastasis recti and also showed techniques to measure it. I am glad I took the test.

Helped me understand

After my C-section, I felt slight numbness in the lower abdomen region and have had struggles emptying my bowel. This check helped me understand I was doing the wrong breathing pattern and not relaxing my pelvic floor. Vidya also gave a report on my C section scar health and taught massage techniques to improve the mobility of those tissues.

Explained well

After my two c-sections, I have been struggling with back pain, I have gone through multiple consultations and tried different exercises with less difference-making. This check was recommended by my office friend, I have worked on my alignment and seen such great results in last 6 months.

Finally a place to speak freely

I have a son delivered through normal delivery and I have been told by my husband that my parts down there are a bit loose after the birth. Vidya helped me understand laxity and taught me ways to manage it.
