Alignment

As mothers, it's essential to be aware of our functional posture while we sit , stand , lift or perform any activity . Our alignement impacts the way we breath .

We are driven by our breath , It is important to be aware of how efficient our breathing is and connect with the pelvic diaphragm - the roof of the core.

Magical effect
