Your pelvic floor must be able to relax as much as it can contract...



Here are some exercises to help you lengthen the pelvic floor



Things to Keep in Mind

  • Try to do them for 5 full diaphragmatic breathing counts.

  • Invite a deep breath for each count to relax your pelvic floor muscles

  • You need to feel comfortable and pain-free while at these exercises

  • If you’ve recently undergone surgery or diagnosed with prolapse conditions, seek your doctor’s approval before doing these exercises

Finally, this process takes time, you won't heal overnight but you will eventually heal if you are consistent with our postpartum recovery program.

Every woman has the right to feel at home in her postpartum body without any dysfunction.
