Week 1

Starts with an indepth assessment

​

Guided 1:1 live sessions to share a report on your post pregnancy body and get you started on pelvic floor activation.

Week 2

Aim for a responsive pelvic floor

 

We will address all components of pelvic floor muscle activity. This includes endurance, power, timing, and co-ordination.

Week 3

Looking at a Mommy belly can bring in a lot of emotions. It shows you what miraculous things your body is capable of, bearing and birthing a child, so don’t feel stuck or defeated. There is no need to hide your body in baggy clothes rather reflect on the strong functions it has achieved.

 

It deserves LOVE!

You will learn how to get rid of the belly bulge and get your body back into shape with our 6 Week mommy belly challenge.

Week 4

Are you a mother who has delivered in the last 10 years? 

​

What is it?

After your childbirth, you must check for how well you have healed your core and your muscles down there. Not knowing your pelvic & core status can cause more harm than good. 

​

How common is it?

Over 6/10 of mothers suffer from dysfunctions after childbirth and struggle to return to their pre-pregnancy level of strength and fitness.

C Section Recovery check

Are you a mother who has delivered through one or more C sections?

What is it?

After your childbirth, you must check for how well you have healed your core and your muscles down there. Not knowing your pelvic & scar tissues status can lead to long-term health issues
