Week 1 - Connect & Flow 

Guided session of a complete assessment of your yoga , checking for diastasis recti, vaginal strength, and pelvic floor dysfunctions.

Week 2 - Reconnect through bliss

There is no one who helps us learn about our bodies without any associated shame or taboo. Have you heard an open period or sex talk? We figure it out

 in a very haphazard way. It's time we understand our body parts.

Week 3 - Decompress & Stretch 

Moms learn SO much in detail about birthing and caring for their babies which is great! The thing is, no one really shares or talks about the process of healing long-lasting pain and dysfunctions.
