Things no one told

I felt a cringing sensation in my scar even after a year of childbirth. Good, I got this check done and now I am aware of the importance of scar tissue desensitization. I practice this every day for over 6 months now and feel much better.

Best C section recovery check

After my C-section, I felt slight numbness in the lower abdomen region and have had struggles emptying my bowel. This check helped me understand I was doing the wrong breathing pattern and not relaxing my pelvic floor. Vidya also gave a report on my C section scar health and taught massage techniques to improve the mobility of those tissues

Postpartum Explained well

I have had 2 sections in the last 5 years and I get annoyed by questions like "Are you expecting ?". I wanted to understand why my tummy is still big even after a year of childbirth. Vidya my coach explained to me about diastasis recti and why I have got it along with its measurements. I am working on it now.

I appreciate Vidya's patience

I experienced very less sensation down there during my intimacy. My laxity was causing it and I appreciate Vidya's patience in helping me understand why I am going through this and measures to reduce the loose muscles.
